Being Cautious

Yesterday, I accidentally forgot to add my yogurt to my journal.  I realized it this morning, and the result was that I was 2 pointsplus over for yesterday.  That gave me an idea.  I have always been too chicken to use my weekly 49 pointsplus.  The only way they end up being used is if I have some unintended eating.  I THINK I will try intentionally using a few of these points, and see if I am still successful.  I'd hate to get to goal and find that because I never used them, my body won't adjust to me adding them back at goal.  This is the kind of stuff that is scary to me!
